FAREWELL FROM THE OWNER

Dear customers, suppliers and friends.

In January 2026 I will be 86 years old, in May 1964 I left my father's company to start my "adventure" as an entrepreneur.

Over the course of 62 years on this long path there have been great successes and unfortunately also some setbacks. We have designed, manufactured and installed our filters and filtration plants in 37 countries on 5 continents. Many of them are still working satisfactorily after more than 40 years of being put into operation. This fact is what gives me the greatest satisfaction.

As I have no family successor, I have had the good fortune that one of our main suppliers of boiler work for the last 30 years has shown interest in being the successors of KENFILT.

We have reached an agreement in which they will have all the rights to the brand, patents and also all our technological and commercial archives.

Mrs. Mercedes Ribera and Mr. Víctor López have established the company KENFILT IBÉRICA with which, from now on, they will attend all technical and spare parts queries for existing installations and those that may be carried out in the future.

The guarantee of technical continuity will be given by the fact that Mr. Gil Gomis, engineer and technical director until today, will continue to be so in the new company.

To also guarantee the correct acquisition of the products that must be used, Mr. Andreu López will be the purchasing director with the same responsibilities that he has had over many years.

I am sure that in the future KENFILT IBÉRICA will continue to provide the same good Service and Quality guarantee that has distinguished our company.

WELCOME FROM NEW OWNERSHIP

We start a new year and a new project. We are Víctor and Mercedes, founders and owners of the company KENFILT IBÉRICA 1.3, S.L.

For more than 25 years Víctor has been a specialist in the manufacture of metal structures, specifically large ones.
Víctor's grandfather, together with his partner Mr. Martínez, founded the company SALGAR S.L. more than 40 years ago, they were his mentors and those who guided Víctor step by step and project by project to the management of the company. For more than 10 years Víctor has been at the head of the new company SALGAR GROUP INDUSTRIAL.
Together with Mercedes, his wife, a financial and professional director with extensive experience in business management, they currently direct and manage the Society, which has been reaping successes and leading major projects for many years.

Throughout all these years, SALGAR has been the reference supplier of KENFILT, S.L. in the manufacture of the structural elements of its machines. They have collaborated closely even working together on final installations at domestic and overseas customers. The relationship between the two companies has been very satisfactory for both parties over the years.

Knowing that the Lleal family wanted to cease its activity and liquidate KENFILT, S.L., we considered the option of continuing the design and manufacture of Filtration Equipment and Units as well as continuing to supply the spare parts for the machines that KENFILT, S.L. has been selling all over the world for so many years.

We presented a proposal to Mr. Lleal and reached an agreement.

KENFILT IBÉRICA already has all the technical and commercial files, the Patents, the rights of the registered trademark KENFILT, the files of all the installations manufactured in the last 40 years, electrical diagrams and PLC programs, to give continuity with guarantees to all customers.

Our new company has also incorporated two people with important responsibilities in KENFILT, S.L., Mr. Gil Gomis, technical director and head of export and Mr. Andreu López, head of purchasing and quality control.
We face the future with hope, so that all previous customers and those we hope to do in the future, in any country of the 5 Continents, have the technical assistance, spare parts and the study of new facilities, as they have had until today.

Two of our children are already working alongside us, therefore, our desire is to expand the activity by thinking and betting on this third generation that has been stepping hard.
Our desire is to grow and reap great successes just like with SALGAR and above all to be able to carry out projects with all our enthusiasm and put all our effort to accompany and help our customers in their business development.

We hope that this great news will be well received and that in the very near future we will be able to work hand in hand by offering them all our experience and professionalism.
